Makes 18 Mushrooms


1 Pound 90% Lean Ground Beef

2 Teaspoons Prepared Horseradish

1 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Chives

1 Clove Garlic, Minced

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

18 Large Mushrooms

2/3Cup Dry Wine


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine beef, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl; mix well.

2. Remove stems from mushrooms; fill caps with beef mixture.

3. Place stuffed mushrooms in shallow baking dish; pour wine over mushrooms. Bake 20 minutes or until meat is browned and cooked through.
