Biofeedback

A ZYTO session uses the Hand Cradle to record galvanic skin response while software presents a series of Virtual Items. The resulting response data is organized into reports that can support wellness-focused conversations about lifestyle factors, products, and areas of interest

How long does a scan take?

Most sessions take between 3 and 10 minutes, depending on the session template being used. Many practitioners combine the session with a longer conversation to review the reports and discuss next steps

Is a scan painful or invasive?

No. The Hand Cradle is non-invasive and simply rests beneath the hand during the session. No needles, probes, electrical stimulation, or invasive procedures are involved.

Do I need to prepare for a scan?

No special preparation is required. For the most consistent experience, sit comfortably, relax your hand on the Hand Cradle, and follow any instructions provided by your practitioner. Some practitioners may offer additional recommendations based on their workflow.

What is galvanic skin response (GSR)?

Galvanic skin response (GSR) is a well-established physiological measurement that reflects small changes in the skin’s electrical conductivity. These changes can occur naturally as the body responds to various stimuli.
The ZYTO Hand Cradle measures GSR while Virtual Items are presented during a session. The software organizes and compares this response data to generate reports that practitioners can review and discuss with clients.

Is ZYTO a diagnostic tool?

No. The ZYTO system is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It records GSR patterns for informational wellness purposes only

How accurate is a ZYTO scan?

The ZYTO Hand Cradle is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device that accurately measures galvanic skin response (GSR).

ZYTO reports do not measure organs, hormones, nutrients, or medical conditions. Instead, the software records and organizes GSR response data associated with Virtual Items presented during a session.

What is a Virtual Item?

A Virtual Item is a digital reference presented during a ZYTO session. Virtual Items can represent a wide variety of concepts, including wellness products, nutritional ingredients, lifestyle topics, systems, or other library categories.
