What does your health look like in 2019?
How are you going to get the help needed to make the changes needed in the new year. Over 80 % of people have at least one New Year's Resolution, but only 5% commit to the changes in lifestyle needed to improve their health. If you were a baseball player trying to improve your skills you would hire a baseball coach. Why do we not apply these methods to our own health? Why do we read information on the internet and convince ourselves that the information is true and not th
