Coach Claudia
My Philosophy: Health is a Living System
For a long time, I believed health was strictly about eating the right food and doing the right exercise. My time working as a certified medical assistant opened my eyes to a deeper reality: the current medical model often falls short of helping people truly heal. Patients were not getting well, and I knew a more holistic, functional approach was needed.
I believe wellness is created through the small things we do every day. My role is to help people understand their unique health journey and fine tune routines that support the life they want. The past three years, my education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and my personal wellness journey taught me that health is built on multiple pillars:
-
Environments: How your physical surroundings impact your nervous system.
-
Relationships: The quality of your connections and community support.
-
Habits: The small, daily routines that keep you grounded.
-
Spirituality: Your inner peace and alignment.
-
Self-Care: Intentional rest and emotional well-being.
My Background & Credentials:
My background beautifully bridges the gap between clinical knowledge and holistic lifestyle design. By combining my experience as a medical assistant with interior design and health coaching I offer a truly unique, full-spectrum approach to wellness. My path to becoming a health coach was shaped by personal challenges, familial wisdom, and professional training:
-
2020: Earned certifications in both Interior Design and Medical Assisting.
-
2022: Earned certification at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
My goal as a Health Coach:
To help others navigate the process of studying their own lives and health challenges.
