As to methods, there may be a million and then some, but principles are few. The man who grasps principles can successfully select his own methods. The man who tries methods, ignoring principles, is sure to have trouble.

Not Sure what is wrong?

After having challenges with my own health at a younger age, I decided that I had to do something different to get different results.  Through chiropractic care,  dietary change, coaching and neurofeedback, I was able to make the changes needed for my cells to be healthier.   I understand the struggles of pain, impending doom and frustrations of not getting the answers since I was in the same position over twenty years ago.  I am grateful for my journey, it has enabled me to help others in theirs.

Meet Dr. Clark

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Clark has been in the health care industry for over 20 years. In 1997 she graduated from Stetson University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science with a concentration in movement therapy, and a minor in Psychology.  In 1998 she received a she received a massage therapy degree at NH Institute for Therapeutic Arts School of Massage Therapy. In 2004 she graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She opened a practice in Illinois and sold it in 2009 to move back to her roots in NH.  Dr. Clark graduate from Boston School of Herbal Studies in 2010 and made the conscious decision to develop Back to Life, LLC, in order to provide individuals a comprehensive wellness program that supports healing at the systemic level rather than just addressing symptoms of diseases.  Dr. Clark has been helping patients who have rare diseases or conditions that have been difficult for other providers to figure out. Testimonials

“Dr Clark is very knowledgeable in her work. She is very kind, thorough and easy to discuss concerns with. She was also very perceptive in my needs and concerns. Her ideas and regimens of a more holistic healing of the body's system, is refreshing. Her approach is to seek out and treat the underlying causes of the body's issues, rather than just treating just the symptoms alone.”
