2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
1 Package (about 3 ounces) Prosciutto, Cut Lengthwise Into 16 Strips
16 Medium Asparagus Spears, Trimmed
Black Pepper
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Brush large baking sheet with 1 tablespoon oil. Wrap 1 piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear. Place asparagus on prepared baking sheet. Brush asparagus with remaining oil; sprinkle with pepper; if desired.
2. Bake about 12 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Cool slightly.
3. Meanwhile for garlic mayonnaise, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic in small bowl until well blended. Serve asparagus warm with garlic mayonnaise.
